There were times when implementing loyalty programs were the preserve of the marketing barons and czars & now, the current marketing landscape has spun the entire ecosystem around its axis. Now, every marketer has tried, run (and regretted!) some form of the in-season (social media) loyalty programs (not to mention counting likes on Facebook, RTs on Twitter). Hello! This blog aims to be a catalogue/critique for the digital marketing scenario, especially in India. It will highlight interesting case studies, profile upcoming start-ups and new technologies, record interesting Digital Marketing (DM) stats and relevant market research that could provide insights to practitioners (I know that I have struggled to find authentic supporting data whenever I needed it).
